Worlds' End: The Sexy and Accurate Prophecies

The storm was foretold long ago in the Sexy and Accurate Prophecies of Hymanis Smutter, Witch. Taffeta Device, Smutter’s last living relative is here to lay out the prophecies and how the world will end. With both pasties out, g-strings and merkins at the ready, we will be prepared! Join us for a sassy and clever homage to the stories of Neil Gaiman encompassing so many worlds and tales featured in comic books, novels, film and television. His imagination has taken us from the ocean at the end of the lane to beyond the wall and across the country with gods. That’s just at the gate before we hit the road. “I was introduced to Gaiman’s work through a friend,” said the show’s producer, Miss Violet DeVille. “She played the BBC mini-series Neverwhere for me and it wasn’t long before I began picking up his books and comics, and the movies and television series made from his books.” Worlds’ End: The Sexy and Accurate Prophecies is August 8th at the Re-Bar, featuring Miss Violet DeVille as Taffeta Device and starring Takillya Sunrise (from Mobile, AL), Mercury Divine, Miz Melancholy, Annie Position, Loxie Arcane (from Portland, OR), Miss Andrea Mars, and Nip Slip Cherio.
